Way Construction Development was founded in 2015 with a clear purpose: to deliver high-quality, purpose-driven facilities for education and commercial clients. Since day one, we've focused on providing exceptional service, rigorous quality standards, and a transparent construction process that clients can count on. What began in Arizona has expanded across the nation, but our mission remains the same: build smart, build with integrity, and deliver on every promise.

Delivery Methods & Procurement Preferences
We are experienced in CMAR, Design-Build, and Design-Bid-Build delivery. We adapt to the project’s goals, but prefer collaborative methods where we can provide input during design to streamline construction. We work with both public and private procurement teams and are accustomed to working under time-sensitive and performance-based funding models.
Safety Approach & Record
Safety is a non-negotiable priority for us. We maintain a low EMR (Experience Modification Rate) well below industry average and enforce daily safety protocols, weekly site audits, and third-party inspections. Our team members complete OSHA 30 training at minimum, and we require all subcontractors to comply with our site-specific safety plans. We foster a safety-first culture through continuous training and accountability.
